Debby is a yoga and facial yoga teacher and works with therapies such as mirror body, reiki, massage, and other techniques focused on the balance between body and mind. The sessions are personalized and can be the perfect complement to a few days of rest or an occasional gift to reconnect with yourself. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The lessons are taught by Debby, with a friendliness that makes you feel at home from the first minute. She has been dedicated to yoga and the world of holistic therapies for many years and her path has taken her far: she has traveled half the world learning from the great masters, especially in India, where she has been returning for over 20 years to continue to deepen, practice and train. All this knowledge is noticeable, but what is appreciated most is her way of being: attentive, cheerful, natural… She is always ready to adapt the practice to the person in front of her. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
