Scope<\/h2><p>This policy applies to:<\/p><ul><li>stays and overnight stays;<\/li><li>Bed &#038; Breakfast reservations;<\/li><li>private dinners;<\/li><li>private and group lessons;<\/li><li>wellness treatments and activities;<\/li><li>yoga retreats;<\/li><li>workshops, events and experiences organized by Casa Gatti.<\/li><li> <\/li><\/ul><hr><h2>2. Cancellation of stays<\/h2><h3>Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival<\/h3><p>In case of cancellation communicated at least 14 days before the arrival date, any amount paid will be refunded in full.<\/p><h3>Cancellation from 13 to 7 days before arrival<\/h3><p>Casa Gatti reserves the right to retain up to 50% of the total amount of the reservation.<\/p><h3>Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival<\/h3><p>Up to 100% of the booking amount may be charged.<\/p><p> <\/p><hr><h2>3. No-Show<\/h2><p>In case of no-show without prior notice, the reservation will be considered canceled and the entire amount paid may be retained.<\/p><p> <\/p><hr><h2>4. Early departure<\/h2><p>In case of early departure with respect to the booked dates, Casa Gatti is not obliged to refund the unused nights.<\/p><p>Any exceptions will be assessed individually.<\/p><p> <\/p><hr><h2>5. Private Dinners and Events<\/h2><p>Cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible.<\/p><h3>Up to 72 hours in advance<\/h3><p>Full reimbursement of any amounts paid.<\/p><h3>Between 72 and 24 hours in advance<\/h3><p>Up to 50% of the agreed amount may be retained.<\/p><h3>Less than 24 hours in advance<\/h3><p>100% of the booking amount may be retained.<\/p><p> <\/p><hr><h2>6. Private lessons and wellness activities<\/h2><h3>Cancellation at least 24 hours in advance<\/h3><p>The lesson or activity can be rescheduled or refunded.<\/p><h3>Cancellation within the previous 24 hours<\/h3><p>Full payment of the booked service may be required.<\/p><p> <\/p><hr><h2>7. Yoga retreats, workshops and residential events<\/h2><p>Since these activities require advance planning, the following conditions apply:<\/p><h3>Cancellation more than 30 days before the start<\/h3><p>100% refund of the amounts paid.<\/p><h3>Cancellation between 30 and 15 days in advance<\/h3><p>50% refund.<\/p><h3>Cancellation within 14 days of start<\/h3><p>No money back guaranteed.<\/p><p>However, Casa Gatti undertakes, where possible, to propose an alternative solution or to allow participation in a subsequent event.<\/p><p> <\/p><hr><h2>8. Refund of payments<\/h2><p>Any approved refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original transaction.<\/p><p>The technical crediting times depend on the payment service provider and the customer&#8217;s financial institution.<\/p><p> <\/p><hr><h2>9. Changes to bookings<\/h2><p>Requests to change the dates or services booked will be evaluated based on availability.<\/p><p>Casa Gatti cannot guarantee the availability of alternative dates.<\/p><p> <\/p><hr><h2>10. Cancellation by Casa Gatti<\/h2><p>If a service has to be cancelled due to force majeure, security reasons, extraordinary conditions or organisational impossibilities, the customer will be entitled to:<\/p><ul><li>a full refund of the sums paid; or<\/li><li>a rescheduling of the service on an agreed date.<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><hr><h2>11. Force majeure<\/h2><p>Casa Gatti cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to:<\/p><ul><li>natural disasters;<\/li><li>interruptions of public services;<\/li><li>extraordinary health events;<\/li><li>restrictions imposed by the authorities;<\/li><li>unforeseeable events that prevent the service from running.<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><hr><h2>12.
