Scope<\/h2><p>These General Terms and Conditions govern the booking of stays, retreats, lessons, events, private dinners and other services offered by <strong>Casa Gatti<\/strong>, managed by <strong>La Flotta Sagl<\/strong>.<\/p><p>By making a reservation through the website, email, telephone or other official channels, the customer accepts these conditions in full.<\/p><hr><h2>2. Services offered<\/h2><p>Casa Gatti offers, among others, the following services:<\/p><ul><li>stays in Bed &#038; Breakfast rooms;<\/li><li>private dinners and gastronomic experiences;<\/li><li>private and group yoga lessons;<\/li><li>wellness activities and holistic paths;<\/li><li>organization of retreats, workshops and events;<\/li><li>use of spaces for residential and training activities.<\/li><\/ul><hr><h2>4. Booking<\/h2><p>The reservation is considered confirmed only after:<\/p><ul><li>written confirmation from Casa Gatti; or<\/li><li>receipt of the deposit or payment requested.<\/li><\/ul><p>Casa Gatti reserves the right to refuse a booking request if there is no availability or for other organizational reasons.<\/p><hr><h2>5. Pricing<\/h2><p>All prices published on the website or communicated directly to the customer are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF), unless otherwise stated.<\/p><p>The applicable prices are those in force at the time of confirmation of the booking.<\/p><hr><h2>6. Payment methods<\/h2><p>Payments can be made through the systems made available by Casa Gatti, including the electronic payment services provided by Payrexx.<\/p><p>Available payment methods may include:<\/p><ul><li>TWINT<\/li><li>Visa<\/li><li>Mastercard<\/li><li>Apple Pay<\/li><li>Google Pay<\/li><li>other systems that may be available at checkout.<\/li><\/ul><hr><h2>7. Stays and use of the property<\/h2><p>Guests are required to:<\/p><ul><li>respect the structure and common areas;<\/li><li>maintain respectful behavior towards other guests and staff;<\/li><li>use equipment and environments with care.<\/li><\/ul><p>Any damage caused intentionally or negligently may be charged to the customer.<\/p><hr><h2>8. Yoga, wellness activities and retreats<\/h2><p>Participation in the activities offered by Casa Gatti takes place under the personal responsibility of the participant.<\/p><p>Each participant is required to communicate any physical limitations, medical conditions or special needs that may affect participation in the proposed activities.<\/p><p>The activities offered by Casa Gatti are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or therapeutic treatments.<\/p><hr><h2>9. Changes or cancellation by Casa Gatti<\/h2><p>In the event of unforeseen circumstances, force majeure or organizational impossibility, Casa Gatti reserves the right to modify or cancel a booked service.<\/p><p>In such cases, alternative solutions or reimbursement of the amounts already paid will be proposed.<\/p><hr><h2>10. Liability<\/h2><p>Casa Gatti cannot be held responsible for:<\/p><ul><li>events due to force majeure;<\/li><li>delays or interruptions of services provided by third parties;<\/li><li>loss, theft or damage to guests&#8217; personal belongings.<\/li><\/ul><hr><h2>11. Data protection<\/h2><p>The personal data collected during the booking process is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.<\/p><hr><h2>12.
