At Casa Gatti the landscape, the market and the pantry change every month. And we cook from there. We like to see the passing of the seasons: what blooms, what ends, what returns.
We don't work with a fixed menu: we prefer to cook starting from the product, the one that is at the right point. And so, every visit has something unrepeatable.
