Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions govern the booking of stays, retreats, lessons, events, private dinners and other services offered by Casa Gatti, managed by La Flotta Sagl.

By making a reservation through the website, email, telephone or other official channels, the customer accepts these conditions in full.

3. Services offered

Casa Gatti offers, among others, the following services:

• stays in Bed & Breakfast rooms;
• private dinners and gastronomic experiences;
• private and group yoga lessons;
• wellness activities and holistic paths;
• organization of retreats, workshops and events;
• use of spaces for residential and training activities.

4. Booking

The reservation is considered confirmed only after:

• written confirmation from Casa Gatti; or
• receipt of the deposit or payment requested.

Casa Gatti reserves the right to refuse a booking request if there is no availability or for other organizational reasons.

5. Pricing

All prices published on the website or communicated directly to the customer are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF), unless otherwise stated.

The applicable prices are those in force at the time of confirmation of the booking.

6. Payment methods

Payments can be made through the systems made available by Casa Gatti, including the electronic payment services provided by Payrexx.

Available payment methods may include:

• TWINT
• Visa
• Mastercard
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• other systems that may be available at checkout.

7. Stays and use of the property

Guests are required to:

• respect the structure and common areas;
• maintain respectful behavior towards other guests and staff;
• use equipment and environments with care.

Any damage caused intentionally or negligently may be charged to the customer.

8. Yoga, wellness activities and retreats

Participation in the activities offered by Casa Gatti takes place under the personal responsibility of the participant.

Each participant is required to communicate any physical limitations, medical conditions or special needs that may affect participation in the proposed activities.

The activities offered by Casa Gatti are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or therapeutic treatments.

9. Changes or cancellation by Casa Gatti

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, force majeure or organizational impossibility, Casa Gatti reserves the right to modify or cancel a booked service.

In such cases, alternative solutions or reimbursement of the amounts already paid will be proposed.

10. Liability

Casa Gatti cannot be held responsible for:

• events due to force majeure;
• delays or interruptions of services provided by third parties;
• loss, theft or damage to guests’ personal belongings.

11. Data protection

The personal data collected during the booking process is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are subject to Swiss law.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Ticino, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.
