YOGA
Yoga and meditation in the Blenio Valley
In the heart of the Blenio Valley, Casa Gatti offers a yoga and meditation experience designed for those who want to slow down, listen to themselves and regain balance.
Our practices are born from the encounter between conscious movement, breathing, presence and well-being, in a cozy and bright space immersed in the quiet of Ticino.
Here yoga is not just physical exercise, but an invitation to inhabit the body with greater sensitivity, to listen to what emerges under the surface and to create a space of deep connection with oneself. We welcome both those who are at the beginning of their journey and those who want to deepen a practice already present in their lives.
