The grapes harvested by hand at optimal ripeness are softly crushed and the must is slowly fermented in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. The frequent batonnage and the careful selection of grapes make it a complex wine with character. Fresh on the attack, intense, savory and with great persistence on the palate. Floral and citrus scents on the nose. On the palate exotic fruit, citrus fruits, honey and mineral nuances.
