Pergole has an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections, clear, consistent viscosity, narrow arches, slow tears. Of good olfactory intensity, the nose expresses a good aromaticity of the raw material and, on the palate, an important aromaticity, cherries and currants. Soft and full-bodied at the attack, it is a rich and structured wine, with good acidity, with tannins well present although still a little hard, with a long finish. A wine of excellent structure, it goes excellently with red meats and game. Serve at room temperature.
