This wine comes from a careful selection of the best grapes, hand-picked from vineyards located mainly in the steep hills of Sementina and Monte Carasso, where the meticulous attention to optimal ripening and a partial drying on the shoots give the final product a unique complexity. Vinification takes place following the traditional method, with a long maceration on the skins that enhances the aromas and flavors of the fruit. After the fermentation process, the wine rests for 18 months in barriques, thus allowing its aromas to evolve and blend. Kerberos has a complex structure of great elegance with fine and refined tannins. On the nose, a seductive bouquet of ripe red fruit is released, accompanied by notes of tobacco, vanilla and a delicate background of toasted hints.
