Our wine list

Two lands, two sensibilities, a single idea of wine: authentic, gastronomic and carefully chosen.

Casa Gatti’s wine list comes from two roots that coexist naturally: Ticino, Debby’s land, and Spain, which is part of Bik’s professional and personal career.

On the one hand, a selection of Ticino wines that tells the story of the territory, with an important presence of Merlot. On the other, a proposal of Spanish wines built over time through years of work, tastings, travels and memory.

Identity, territory and Merlot

The Ticino part of our menu pays homage to a territory we know up close. Here Merlot is the almost absolute protagonist and expresses itself in different ways: fresher, more structured, more gastronomic or more elegant, depending on the area, the winery and the production style. It is a selection that speaks of proximity, territory and local culture.

Spanish wines

Selected with experience and memory

Our Spanish proposal stems from a long experience in the world of catering in Spain and a personal bond with some of its wine areas. We give particular space to Ribera del Duero, Toro, Zamora and Bierzo, but there is no shortage of wines from Mallorca, Rías Baixas, Navarra, La Rioja, Valencia and Extremadura. It is a personal selection, built over time, with wines that we really know and that we like to tell.

Our wine list is built with a gastronomic look. We are not only looking for interesting labels, but wines that make sense at the table, that dialogue well with the dishes and that contribute to the balance of the experience. This is why each bottle enters the menu after a careful choice, guided by taste, knowledge of the territory and the idea of hospitality that we want to offer at Casa Gatti.
